This policy explains the information VeziPic currently handles and the choices available to you.
The VeziPic team (“VeziPic”) values your privacy. This policy applies to the current VeziPic website and its browser-based image tools.

Used only in browser memory to perform the image operation you select.
VeziPic does not collect or store these files on a server. They are removed from browser memory when you remove the item, refresh the page, or close the tab. If you choose “Continue editing,” files may remain temporarily in browser memory for up to two minutes while moving to the next tool. Files you download remain on your device.
The `vezipic-locale` value is stored in your browser’s local storage to remember your selected language.
Kept until you change the language or clear VeziPic site data or local storage in your browser.
If you email [email protected], we handle your sender name, email address, message, and any attachments to answer the inquiry and resolve disputes.
Kept until the inquiry is complete, then deleted without undue delay. Information required by applicable law is retained only for the required period.
In a production hosting environment, an IP address, browser and device information, access time, and requested URL may be processed automatically to deliver pages, protect the service, and troubleshoot failures.
The VeziPic application does not maintain a separate access-log database. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process access and security logs under its own policies to deliver and protect the site.
Google and selected advertising technology providers may process an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, approximate location, cookies, web beacons or similar identifiers, and ad-interaction information for site verification, invalid-traffic prevention and security, and, after approval, ad delivery, frequency management, and performance measurement.
VeziPic does not store this information in a separate database. Google’s processing and retention are governed by Google’s policies, your consent, and your advertising settings.
VeziPic’s own features use only local storage to remember your language preference. Clearing VeziPic site data in your browser removes this value.
When the Google AdSense connection code or an ad loads, Google may use cookies or similar browser-storage technologies for site verification, security, ad delivery and measurement, and personalized advertising where your settings and consent permit it.
VeziPic does not sell personal information. When the Google AdSense connection code or an ad loads, connection, device, and advertising-related information may be transmitted to and processed by Google.
VeziPic is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process an IP address, request information, and device or browser information under its own policies to deliver pages, secure the network, and troubleshoot failures. Files selected in the image tools are not included in this processing.
Contact emails are received through Google’s Gmail service. If you send an email, your sender address, message, and attachments may be transmitted through and processed by Google systems. We recommend that you do not include sensitive personal information in an email.
VeziPic uses the Google AdSense connection code for site ownership verification and review and, after approval, to serve ads. Ads may not appear while the site is under review, before an ad unit is connected, or when no eligible ad is available.
Third-party advertising providers, including Google, may process cookies, local storage, web beacons, an IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, prior site visits, and ad interactions for invalid-traffic prevention, ad delivery, frequency management, performance measurement, and ad personalization where your consent and settings permit it.
AdSense connection and ad requests do not include source images or edited results selected in the image tools, and VeziPic does not use a separate Google Analytics or visitor analytics script.
Where consent is required by applicable law or Google policy in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, choices will be provided through a Google-certified consent management platform. You can also manage ad personalization and cookies through Google ad settings and your browser settings.
VeziPic minimizes personal-information handling by avoiding server uploads and an account database. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information, such as government identification numbers, financial data, or health information, by email.
When service features, hosting, or advertising arrangements change, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes affecting your rights will be announced on the site before or promptly after they take effect.
